Indonesia is one of the world's tea exporters, but the decline in the volume and value of its exports to date continues to occur. This study aims to 1) analyze the production trend and export volume of Indonesian tea. 2) analyze Indonesian tea competitiveness in the International market compared to other exporter countries (China, India, Kenya, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam). 3) analyze the determining factors of Indonesia's tea export volume to 7 major destination countries (Malaysia, Russia, Pakistan, USA, Germany, Poland, and Australia). The analysis methods used are simple linear regression, Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Trade Specialization Ratio (TSR), and data panel regression. The results showed that the production and volume of Indonesian tea export will decrease every year. Indonesian tea has a very strong comparative competitiveness, but still below India, Kenya, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam. Indonesia tends to be an exporter of tea to the international market at the stage of export expansion. Factors determining the volume of Indonesian export are Indonesian tea production, the population of importer countries, real GDP per capita of importer countries, level of trade openness of importer countries, and importer countries' inflation rate.

Indonesia is the main coconut-producing country in the world. One of the coconut derivative export products is copra. In 2019, the volume of Indonesian copra exports was 154 thousand tonnes, then fell to 107 thousand tonnes in 2020 and decreased to 39 thousand tonnes in 2021. This research will identify the competitiveness and specialization index of the Indonesian copra trade. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of time series (cross-section) from 2017 to 2021. The data was analyzed using Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) analysis and the Trade Specialization Index (TSI). The data processing was carried out using the Microsoft Excel 2019 program. The research results explain that the RCA value of the Indonesian Copra Commodity in 2017-2021 is between 28.16 and 48.80, with an average RCA of 41.55. RCA >1 means that Indonesian copra commodities have high competitiveness in the international market. And higher than the RCA countries of Malaysia, India and Guatemala. Indonesia's TSI during the 2017-2021 period was 0.97, and This indicates that the Indonesian copra commodity has strong competitiveness as an exporter of copra commodities.

Detecting the maturity level of cloves is the initial stage in getting quality cloves. Early recognition of the maturity level of cloves is an essential stage in the clove industry. The maturity level of clove flowers can provide valuable information to clove farmers regarding clove harvest time. During the process of determining the level of maturity, it still relies on visual observation. This causes novice farmers and clove workers to still make mistakes in determining the start of the clove harvest. For this reason, in this research, initial detection of the maturity level of cloves was carried out based on images of clove flowers. There are four maturity levels: mature cloves, semimature cloves, overmature cloves, and dry cloves. The proposed research method is a modification of the transfer learning architecture. The research results show that modifying the Transfer learning architecture by adding three layers can increase system accuracy in the VGG16 and ResNet50 models by more than 5%, so that the highest accuracy obtained from modifying the VGG16 model is 95.5% and modifying the ResNet50 model is 87.75%. Meanwhile, for the VGG19 model, accuracy increased only when initializing the number of epochs to 10.
