The development of entrepreneurship in fisheries operations is an important component of eliminating poverty. Fisherman obviously produce fishery goods, despite the broad recognition of the positive role that entrepreneurship can play in the reduction of poverty. Integration into one’s society and economy are increasingly beginning to be seen as an essential component of entrepreneurial success. This study aims to investigate the cultural and entrepreneurial attitudes of fishermen involved in the production of fishery products in the Province of West Sumatra, Indonesia, accordingly with a particular focus on marine resource conservation areas in village development. In this development, the descriptive design of capitals was utilized. This design included interviews, a questionnaire survey, and a review of the relevant body of literature. As a result, the purpose of the study was to propose an alternative model for the development of villages that would be considered novel in Indonesia. The findings demonstrated that the model makes a contribution to enhancing the socio-economic, cultural, and social capabilities of a group of fishermen. In conclusion, tourism that is focused on social entrepreneurship has the potential to boost entrepreneurial attitudes as well as the atmosphere surrounding community understanding of creative village development. We came to the conclusion that implementing tourism with a focus on social entrepreneurship could increase entrepreneurial attitudes and create an atmosphere that is more conscious of the needs of the community in village development.

Objective: The main goals of school mathematical education are the development of intellectual students, the formation of thought qualities characteristic of mathematical activities and the acquisition of specific mathematical knowledge, the skills and skills necessary for practical application, and the formation of research skills. Theoretical Framework: The problem and purpose of the study is to identify the possibilities of problem-searching tasks in mathematics as a way for school students to develop research skills in updated content situations. Method: A method has been developed to build selected skills based on the corresponding system. It has been established that collective or group forms are most effective in creating problem situations in the classroom. Group or individual forms are most effective for testing a hypothesis and finding a solution to a problematic task. Result and Conclusion: The article also highlights the main blocks of research skills of schoolchildren and problem-search tasks in algebra and geometry developed for these blocks and methods for the formation of these skills. The basic principles for constructing a system of tasks focused on the formation of each block and each skill that we have chosen are determined. Research Implications: Implementation of these goals necessitates updating the system of school mathematical education, which is designed to ensure a harmonious combination of the interests of the individual and society. Originality/value: It contributed to the activation of students’ activities and their positive motivation for learning activities carried out in the classroom and at home.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between leader member exchange (LMX) and job satisfaction, analyze the relationship between leader member exchange (LMX) and employee performance, analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and significant employee performance. Method: This research uses quantitative research methods. Quantitative research methods are used because in this study, the relationship between the variables to be studied has a causal relationship, to examine certain populations and samples, and aims to test the established hypotheses. The measurement scale in this study uses a Likert scale of 1 to 5 with categories namely strongly disagree, disagree, disagree, agree and strongly agree. With data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The analysis technique uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS 3.0 software tools. Respondents in this study were 678 MSMEs owners in Indonesia who were determined by simple random sampling. Result: The results of this study indicate that the leader member exchange (LMX) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The leader member exchange (LMX) has a positive and significant impact on the performance of MSMEs employees. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs employees. Based on the results of the research and discussion it is concluded that LMX has an effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, LMX has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs employees. Implication: MSMEs management can provide flexibility in completing tasks responsibly without feeling burdened, superiors must give confidence to subordinates that subordinates are able to complete their tasks so that subordinates will find their work very meaningful. As for maintaining employee performance from the application of empowerment by superiors, they must have trust in subordinates by giving freedom to subordinates to dare to make decisions quickly and precisely. The company builds a stronger corporate commitment so that employees feel more satisfied with their jobs.
