The main purpose of the study was exploring the role of administration for the development of education system in public schools. Any educational system's skill, competency, and persistence in solving persistent social problems in the here and now and planning for unanticipated events in the future determines its continued relevance. The study was quantitative, and data was gathered using the survey approach. All of the district Shaikupura's public schools made up the study's population. The sample was selected using a random sampling procedure. Teachers at secondary schools were chosen for the study's sample. 250 instructors were chosen as the study's sample. Data were gathered using a questionnaire that was self-developed. The questionnaire had two sections. The first section focused on demographic factors, and the second on the role of administration in addressing issues related to the growth of the educational system in public schools. The independent samples t-test was employed in inferential statistics to determine the significance of the difference between demographic variables (gender). To examine the differences between demographic factors (experience and qualification), one way ANOVA was used. The findings of study revealevd that there was significant differenece among teacher demographic variables regarding school administration for the development of education. On the bases of finding the study recommended that holding training sessions and educating events to show the qualities of effective school principals.

El presente escrito se enfoca en el análisis de las políticas gubernamentales actuales de Chile y su aplicación ejecutiva en los establecimientos educacionales respecto a la inclusión educativa. Específicamente, la Política Nacional de Integración Escolar Chilena, pretende la inclusión escolar de todos los niños y niñas con alguna Necesidad Educativa Especial en el Sistema Escolar Regular. El objetivo es analizar, bajo la perspectiva de la equidad, las principales características de dicha política, identificar cuáles son los principales beneficiarios y cuáles son las amenazas y oportunidades para el desarrollo de la equidad en los colegios, para con esto entregar algunas recomendaciones basadas en la perspectiva de la equidad (Ainscow et al., 2012) identificando estrategias apropiadas para responder a la diversidad de acuerdo con el contexto en el cual las familias y comunidad educativa están inmersas. El método de investigación se concibe bajo el enfoque cualitativo, de tipo descriptivo, utilizando como herramienta principal el análisis del discurso escrito. Los principales hallazgos están relacionados con la escasa promoción de la equidad y la inclusión, esto en gran parte debido a la mercantilización de la educación y la promoción de la competencia por sobre la cooperación, competencia que se refleja en la obtención de resultados óptimos en pruebas estandarizadas y con esto la segregación de segmentos menos aventajados; a pesar de que los esfuerzos internacionales y nacionales se orientan en la dirección de la inclusión y la justicia, existen problemas estructurales de la sociedad en su conjunto los cuales profundizan y perpetúan las inequidades ya existentes en el sistema educacional chileno.

This article analyses the educational inclusion of students with severe and permanent disabilities in the different autonomous communities of the Spanish State. After describing the Spanish socio-economic context, a comparative analysis is carried out based on the following indicators: the conception of severe, permanent disabilities; the regulation framework; responsibility of schooling and provision of services; identification and assessment of flaws; incidence in the population; curricular proposals (model and modalities of support); specific centers and units; human and material resources; the role of families and funding. The analysis of the implemented policies concludes by pointing out the challenges which should influence future improvements in order to accomplish real educational equality.
