Abstract: Le projet d’inclusion financière doit aujourd’hui être réalisé grâce à l’adoption par les plus pauvres de la monnaie mobile. Celle-ci mène néanmoins à un affaiblissement du caractère de bien public de la monnaie, et à une privatisation des infrastructures de paiement, qui ne sont pas sans impact sur les rapports sociaux dont la monnaie est un support privilégié.
