Incidentally Discovered Persistent Müllerian Duct Syndrome in a 45-year-old male presenting with germ cell tumor and bilateral cryptorchidism: A rare case report and review of the literature

Abstract: HighlightsPersistent Müllerian Duct Syndrome is an autosomal recessive disorder.Characterized by the presence of female reproductive structures in a normal male.Diagnosis is usually incidental due to the presence of normal genitalia.Early diagnosis and management is important to eliminate the risk of malignancy.
