Bilateral intra-abdominal testicular tumor: Case report

Abstract

HighlightsRecognition of a retroperitoneal solid mass in an adult male must be considered as a `sign` and a testicular tumor should be sought.Although very rare, bilateral intra-abdominal testes may lead to bilateral testicular tumors.Patients with bilateral intra-abdominal testicular tumors necessitate a multi-disciplinary approach.Decisions regarding sperm banking and testosterone replacement therapy should be given by an individualized approach.Since there are no guidelines, guidance should be taken from published case reports.
