In-Vitro Inhibition of Human Lipase PS by Polyphenols From Kiwi Fruit

Abstract: Polyphenols are widely distributed in higher plants. It is well recognized that they are responsible for many beneficial effects observed in humans after ingestion of vegetables and fruits.
