First and foremost, I would like to thank Buster Simpson for his prompt responses to all of my questions. Without his help, the images he sent me, and his willingness to be interviewed, this dissertation would have been incomplete. Above all, I thank him for the brilliant and creative work he put out into the world. Numerous people helped me gather information throughout my project.
