Improving the quality and production capacity of Bandeng Presto Business Posdaya ASLI, Malang City

Abstract: One variety of pond fish with an unique taste is milkfish. However, because milkfish has small spines all over its body, consuming it may feel uncomfortable. A further technique is to cook milkfish with high pressure in a pan (presto).
