The Jati Kudus Terminal, which plays an important role as a public transportation node on the North Coast of Java Island, has experienced a continual decline in performance and service. This study aims to determine the effect of green terminal concept variables in the Jati Kudus Terminal using the multiple linear regression methods with SPSS 23. Data collection tool in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely terminal users who know the development of the Jati Kudus terminal every day. The perception data used in the analysis is the level of interest and satisfaction with the service and performance of the Jati Kudus terminal. The evaluation of terminal performance refers to the regulation of the Indonesian Minister of Transportation No. 132 of 2015 on the operation of the road transport passenger terminals. The green concept of terminal buildings and facilities refers to the Green Building Council of Indonesia. The results showed that the variable of transportation service reliability, ticketing, and travel costs have the highest and lowest average scores based on user importance and satisfaction, respectively. The other variables include Security guarantee and freedom from criminal acts; Safety and health guarantee and freedom from accidents; Responsiveness of the terminal manager in providing services; Availability and capacity of supporting facilities; Architectural aesthetics within and outside the buildings; Ease of obtaining general travel information; Affordability and accessibility in and out of the terminal; The density of people and vehicles in the terminal area; Comfort, regularity, and cleanliness; and Application of environmentally friendly concepts on terminal and transportation facilities. Therefore, managers of the Jati Kudus terminal need to repair and improve their services according to these 12 variables. The implementation of the green concept can develop Jati Kudus terminal into a green terminal in Indonesia that serves as a node of sustainable and environmentally friendly public transportation.

The Ampel Mosque in Surabaya is an important historical site for Muslims in Indonesia. The architecture of the Ampel mosque is strongly influenced by Javanese and Arabic culture. a very harmonious integration between Javanese architecture as a form of authenticity and local wisdom in buildings, while Arabic architecture as a complementary and additional component. This research was, therefore, conducted to optimize the maintenance factor in the mosque building to ensure it functions properly and sustainably towards serving as a historic worship place for future generations. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to the congregants or users of the mosques and analyzed through optimization using a dynamic program based on the level of importance. The results showed seven maintenance factors including the complexity of construction and design, serviceability, building durability, security and safety, aesthetics of the building, user comfort, and maintenance capability. Moreover, the optimization process prioritized the ease in construction work, stability of the construction, durability against structural damage to the building, use of non-hazardous materials, aesthetics of the building, the comfort of indoor and outdoor spaces, and ease of maintenance. These are expected to be the focus of the mosque manager in maintaining the authenticity of the building components. This, therefore, means the Ampel Mosque building can be maintained as a religious tourism destination at the national and international levels in order to ensure its historical value is sustained while the local and national economy is improved.

The article is devoted to the consideration of the issues and methodology of the development of the technical survey of the building constructed with the use of “green” technologies. The implementation of investment and construction projects of this kind over the past decade is gaining more and more popularity in our country. This is largely due to several factors, including the need to save energy resources, reduce utility costs, increase the comfort and safety of people living or working in such buildings, and take care of the environment. To date, the greatest interest in the implementation of “green” investment and construction projects is the implementation of office, retail, sports and warehouse facilities. The construction of residential buildings is not yet as popular as in Western countries, but there is a trend towards its development. There are a number of foreign and Russian standards that allow you to certify a building for the assignment of the status of a “green” object. Methods of scoring in the presented standards (BREEAM, LEED and GREEN ZOOМ) mainly focused on energy efficiency, safety, comfort, an important environmental aspects of construction, however, almost no technical component and verification algorithms of structural elements of the building. Carrying out a high-quality technical survey is a prerequisite for making a decision on the reconstruction, re-profiling or repair of the object. In conducting these activities should take into account the fact that the engineer needs to spend not just a “green” technical survey and study taking into account the specific “green” technologies, including to identify design features of the building, to conduct a detailed examination of all utilities, to identify the effectiveness of the functioning and relevance of using specific design elements (if any), to develop arrangements for the repair, conversion or renovation with regard to maintaining or certification. Within the framework of the presented article, the authors identified problems, developed a comprehensive algorithm for conducting a technical survey of a building built with the use of "green" technologies, and gave methodological recommendations.
