This article aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on MA Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah Pacet. Respondents in this study were all teachers of the Supreme Court of Hikmatul Amanah Pacet, totaling 39 people. The results of the study found that: 1) The effect of work motivation on the performance of MA Hikmatul Amanah teachers was 23.9%, with a research t value of 1.589 < t table of 1.687 and a significant value of 0.121 > 0.05; 2) The effect of work discipline on Hikmatul Amanah's teacher performance was 40.9% with a research t value of 2.717 > t table of 1.687 and a significant value of 0.010 <0.05; 3) The simultaneous influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of MA Hikmatul Amanah teachers is 19.8%, with a research F of 4.449 > F table of 3.25. The influence of motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at MA Wisdom Amanah Pacet needs to be considered. Solutions to the problem are sought to be more helpful in improving teacher performance in the future.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi pedagogik guru pada kinerja. Serta dampak dari kompetensi pedagogik guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Program Khusus Al-Ikhlas Kec. Tengatan Kab. Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi, informan utama pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru kelas. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Pengecekan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) kompetensi pedagogik pada kinerja guru sudah baik. Guru sudah melakukan evaluasi dalam pembelajaran sesuai indikator. Pengembangan silabus dan kurikulum dilakukan di setiap awal tahun. Materi yang diajarkan sesuai dengan rencana pembelajaran. (2) dampak kompetensi pedagogik guru pada kinerja dan prestasi belajar siswa menunjukan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik yang baik berdampak positif pada kinerja guru dan prestasi belajar siswa. Ketika seorang guru memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kurikulum dan strategi pengajaran maka akan terbentuk proses pembelajaran yang efektif.

This research examines the impact of developing the Diniyah Program as an innovative strategy for improving the quality of student learning in Madrasah. The Diniyah program is integrated as an essential component in the madrasah curriculum with the hope of making a significant contribution to the holistic development of learners. Through an in-depth analysis of the implementation of the Diniyah Program, this study aims to investigate the role of the program in improving the quality of learning, involving religious aspects, critical thinking skills, curriculum integration, moral character building, and promotion of diversity tolerance. The research methodology involves a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, classroom observation, and analysis of curriculum-related documents. The results showed that (1) the development of the Diniyah Program has had a significant positive impact in improving the quality of student learning. (2) Learners demonstrate progress in religious understanding, development of critical thinking skills, and balanced integration between religious aspects and general science. In addition, (3) the Diniyah Program also has a role in shaping students' moral character, creating individuals who have integrity and good ethics. Tolerance and diversity have also increased, creating an inclusive madrasah environment.
