The use of ICT in teaching and studying mathematics helps students to develop mathematics. The practice's application, therefore, depends on different considerations, amongst which: teachers' expectations of their ICT teaching skills, instructor attitudes towards teachers in mathematics, teacher attitudes towards ICT contributions to student mathematics awareness. The research was undertaken to assess ICT integration readiness in the classroom in the Paracelis district for mathematics teachers at secondary schools. The thesis used a questionnaire with comments on any of the above variables. This questionnaire was forwarded to 15 mathematics teachers at Paracelis District secondary schools. It shows that ICT teachers' intervention in mathematics has an average limit of 4.06. It also ensures that mathematics teachers are confident and willing to use ICT in mathematics and mathematics instruction. The research results indicated that the controls and the sample groups were substantially different and verified. It shows that the research group was higher than the test group. The use of Microsoft Excel in integrating machine data in the resolution of statistics positively affects the student's performance. The integration of ICT into teaching, therefore, has an advantageous effect on the progress of students.

<span lang="EN-US">This research aimed to determine the students' initial perception in Islamic-based junior high school and Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) in Yogyakarta toward ethnomathematics-based online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The descriptive quantitative method was employed through a questionnaire for data collection followed by descriptive statistical analysis. The research population were 600 junior high students and MTs in Yogyakarta. The instrument was validated by expert judgment and proved reliable as research means with Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0.873. Results indicated students' perception in several categories: strongly positive by 7% or 42 students, positive by 23% or 138 students, moderate by 40.67% or 244 students, negative by 24% or 144 students, and strongly negative by 5.33% or 32 students. The general conclusion was that junior high and MTs students in Yogyakarta had moderate initial perception toward ethnomathematics-based online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.</span>

Using an instructional aid in teaching Mathematics is important in simplifying the abstract concepts behind numerical expressions. This study determined the effectiveness of using a conventional whiteboard in teaching Probability and Statistics online. It was conducted in the Senior High School Department of Misamis University, Ozamiz City, from 2021-to 2022. Quasi-experimental research, specifically the matching pretest-posttest control group design, was used. The respondents were 40 senior high school students from the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) Grade 11 classes, with 20 students each for the experimental and control groups. They were selected through a purposive sampling technique. Mean, standard deviation, and t-test were utilized as statistical tools. Findings revealed that before using a conventional whiteboard and PowerPoint presentations as instructional aids, both control and experimental groups had low pretest performance. After implementing the interventions, both groups showed a significant increase in their posttest performance. There was a statistically significant difference in the posttest performances between the control and experimental groups, which revealed that using a conventional whiteboard in teaching probability and statistics led to higher student performance than with PowerPoint presentations. Hence, a conventional whiteboard is a more efficient teaching tool that aids students in effectively learning Probability and Statistics.
