Abstract:The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of cysteamine (Cys) and fetal calf serum (FCS) in synthetic oviduct fluid (SOF) and charles and rosenkrans (CR1aa) on the bovine in vitro embryo production and its ability of freeze.
