Improved short adjacent repeat identification using three evolutionary Monte Carlo schemes

Abstract: This paper employs three Evolutionary Monte Carlo (EMC) schemes to solve the Short Adjacent Repeat Identification Problem (SARIP), which aims to identify the common repeat units shared by multiple sequences.
