“…The reason of this surprising behavior is not well understood. 41 One possibility is that this mode is somehow damped at high temperatures. The local anharmonicity is more important in the INM analysis, but possibly not that important in the macroscopic experiments, like dielectric relaxation or Raman spectroscopic studies.…”
