Abstract: ImportanceChimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy has redefined the therapeutic landscape of several hematologic malignant tumors. Despite its clinical efficacy, many patients with cancer experience nonresponse to CAR T-cell treatment, disease relapse within months, or severe adverse events.
