Implementation of Total Quality Management in Construction Company: A Review

Abstract: Total Quality Management is an approach to enhance quality of the construction works. Main parameter of this is to achieve client satisfaction. This can achieve by combining all quality parameters in the company. Main focus of total quality management is to control quality, product inspection, assurance of quality by mean of different authorities of the company.
