The reversible logic function is gaining significant consideration as a style for the logic design by implementing modern Nano and quantum computing with minimal impact on physical entropy. Recent advances in reversible logic allow for computer design applications using advanced quantum computer algorithms. In the literature, significant contributions have been made towards reversible logic gate structures and arithmetic units. However, there are many attempts to dictate the design of Single Instruction-Multiple Data (SIMD) processors. In this research work, a novel programmable reversible logic gate design is verified and a reversible processor design suggests its implementation of SIMD processor. Then, implementing the ripple-carry, carry-select and Kogge-Stone carry look-ahead adders using reversible logic and the performance is compared. The proposed reversible logic-based architecture has a minimum fan out with binary tree structure and minimum logic depth. The simulation result of the proposed design is obtained from Xilinx 14.5 software. From the simulated result, the computational path net delay for 16 × 16 reversible logic with Kogge Stone Adder is 17.247 ns. Compared with 16-bit Kogge Stone Adder, the reversible logic-based 16-bit Kogge Stone Adder gives low power and low time delay. By looking at the speed, energy and area parameters, including fast applications in which two smaller delay and low power adders are required, the effectiveness, including the proper area use of the hybrid adder recommended by it is evaluated.

Energy loss is a big challenge in digital logic design primarily due to impending end of Moore’s Law. Increase in power dissipation not only affects portability but also overall life span of a device. Many applications cannot afford this loss. Therefore, future computing will rely on reversible logic for implementation of power efficient and compact circuits. Arithmetic and logic unit (ALU) is a fundamental component of all processors and designing it with reversible logic is tedious. The various ALU designs using reversible logic gates exist in literature but operations performed by them are limited. The main aim of this paper is to propose a new design of reversible ALU and enhance number of operations in it. This paper critically analyzes proposed ALU with existing designs and demonstrates increase in functionality with 56% reduction in gates, 17 % reduction in garbage lines, 92 % reduction in ancillary lines and 53 % reduction in quantum cost. The proposed ALU design is coded in Verilog HDL, synthesized and simulated using EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tool-Xilinx ISE design suit 14.2. RCViewer+ tool has been used to validate quantum cost of proposed design.

New innovations enter the market and create a strong disruption effect, a sign that the era of the decade that is currently happening has experienced many changes in various sectors, including economics, technology, education and politics. This study aims to examine the aspects and direction of the development of research related to the Disruption Age that affects technological developments, one of which is in the field of publication management. The approach used is a study of various definitions and model frameworks that developed around the era of disruption and management of publications as well as mapping and analysis of a number of publications. Judging from the research method, most of the research was carried out through descriptive and conceptual methods in which technological aspects became the focus of research by researchers. Disruption innovation has an impact on publication management, where publication management is increasingly developing with additional technological spices. Management of online-based scientific publications or e-journals that are able to manage scientific publication activities to create better management and publications and improve accessibility. The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education targets 7,000 nationally accredited journals with six ratings. In 2018 there were 20,610 internationally published scientific works in Indonesia. The application of this online-based or e-journal scientific publication management system is able to improve the quality of the process of managing scientific journals to be more systematic and organized to achieve efficiency and improve publications to be global.
