This is also confirmed by the research of Hendrawan, Anisah, and Nafidah (2019); Dona and Khaidir (2018) regarding the implementation of non-cash payments at an institution, where the main problems are system problems, application errors, Human Resources (HR), and the institutional leaders' perspective.
