This study tries to examine the findings of the election supervisory body (Bawaslu) regarding 32,556 anomaly voters ahead of the 2019 general election in Riau. This trend occurs because of the unsynchronization of data from the Regional General Election Commission (KPUD), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Riau Province. Findings in the form of poor accuracy in determining the voter list by the KPUD of Riau Province have caused dynamics and polemics in the community. By using the concepts of Election theory and Democracy and Community Political Rights with a single case qualitative approach, this study finds that the potential for people whose data is not recorded by the Disdukcapil will not only lose their right to vote in elections but can also lead to potential violations of Human Rights. Therefore, this study tries to provide an early warning about the potential negative consequences of inaccurate voter data.

General elections began in Indonesia in 1955 and several general elections were held both for the election of members of the legislature and for the election of the President and Vice President and now there are developments with the election of regional heads starting from the provincial level, namely the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor, then in At the district and city levels, there are elections for regents and deputy regents as well as mayors and deputy mayors, right down to the village or hamlet which are directly elected. Today, not a few of us see many contradictions, even to the point of division. General elections as a form of reform should make these differences as unity, not create divisions and ongoing conflict, for example, differences in presidential candidates, starting from the 2014 election until now, there are still divisions that undermine and disturb the unity and integrity of the nation. The motto of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika is just a motto but there is no application of it in the life of the nation and homeland anymore. A few rumors and rumors can undermine the solid building of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this writing is to identify and pay attention to how the impacts in society are related to friction in election and democracy incompatibilities and to find smart solutions to these problems. Eliminating Violence against Women in Pacific through Multi-Track Diplomacy

Humanitarian issue that often raised as a problem for developing countries, is often likely linked to gender issue. Having labeled as a region with the highest violence data prevalence, Pacific Islands countries possess assorted factors that tolerates the practice of gender dominance and discrimination amongst their societies. Responding this phenomenon, the governments in Pacific Islands countries are oftentimes receiving assistance from other international relations actors, in which one of them is UN Women. With the support from Australian government, this UN body assist numerous institutions from various level in making the effort to eliminate violence against women as the most protrude form of gender based discrimination in Pacific. Involvement of other parties from diverse groups indicates the relations between actors of Multi-Track Diplomacy with the program initiated by UN Women. Using theory of Multi-Track Diplomacy and concept of Gender-Based Violence, this research identifies the participation and contribution made by a total of nine tracks in responding to violence against women issue in the Pacific. Such response itself is one of the world peace endeavors, which is also the ultimate purpose of Multi-Track Diplomacy. Result of this response shaped in their participation and contribution within variety of programs under Pacific Fund.
