Abstract

We calculated the internal consistency of MICRA, took out a multitrait scaling analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis.

Psychological impact of multigene cancer panel testing in patients with a clinical suspicion of hereditary cancer across Spain

“…The scale consists of 3 subscales: The distress subscale evaluates adverse psychological reactions to genetic test results; the uncertainty subscale measures the difficulty in decision‐making about cancer screening or uncertainty about cancer risk; the positive experiences subscale reflect adverse reactions to family communication and not being relieved or happy about one's results.
