However the rate of medical insurance is higher in this study (40 %) while it was not exceeding 15 % in previous Moroccan cohorts [ 10 , 11 ], this could be explained by a new health policy of the Moroccan government. Moreover, majority of patients came from urban areas (78 %), in contradiction with previous studies where this rate was between 30 and 40 % [ 8 , 9 ], and this could be explained, by the availability of new structures treating cancers in most of Moroccan regions.…”
