Impact of training on front liners performance

Abstract: The context of this study focused on the role of training in improving employee performance through job satisfaction on front liners of PT. Smartfren Telecom, Tbk, Malang City. “…The importance of on-the-job training has been stressed in other studies of healthcare staff (Higgins et al, 2012;Wilberforce et al, 2017) and is considered especially important when working with people who have complex mental health needs, like those on T4 CAMHS (Lee et al, 2020).
