Impact of Training on Employee Performance in the Context of Telecommunication Sector of D. G. Khan, (Pakistan)

Abstract: This paper examines the relationship between training and its impact on employees performance in the context of "Telecommunication Sector of D. G. Khan" Pakistan. There are three hypotheses and three objectives of this research study and by using a questionnaire 150 employees were chosen for data collection from telecommunication.
