Impact of specific factors on the state of the tire pressure value.

Abstract: The article presents the research on the impact of specific factors on the state of the pressure value in passenger car wheels in service. Data on how the vehicle was used was obtained based on a survey. The survey contained data on checking the condition of the vehicle tires and also measured the tire pressure. The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship between the impact of specific factors on the state of the pressure value in passenger car wheels. The correlation analysis of the correctness o… Show more

“…When driving on snowy and icy road in the winter, the friction coefficient between the tire and the road is low, so it is easy to experience a lateral slide. On snow-covered roads, the inflation pressure has a direct influence on the driving performance of the tire [45]. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the adhesion of the tire by means of changing these four kinds of loads are 1360N, 1408N, 1460N, and 1480N, respectively; obviously, their values are not very different, and there is a positive relationship between the traction and the wheel load.…”

“…The stability of the car can be assessed from many aspects [21], of which one of the options is the assessment of the change in the car's behaviour depending on the change in the adhesive force [22]. The change in the adhesion force between the wheels and the road can be achieved, step by step, by changing the coefficient of adhesion (skid surfaces) [23][24][25][26][27], or by a continuous change in the radial reaction of the vehicle wheels using the additional equipment: alternative SkidCar [13]. However, the requirement is that the incidence, due to the change of its behaviour as a result of the adhesive forced added to the vehicle, should be consistently low.…”
