At the same time, the data missing from this Table, concerning India -261 OA-journals (Sharma, 2020) and Indonesia -1359 OAjournals (Hugar, 2019), evidence that Indonesia took over India right after the DOAJ revision in 2016 resulting in the exclusion of about a half of Indian journals from the directory, and was ranked second in the world after the United Kingdom, with a huge number of journals.…”
