Impact of Green Recruitment and Selection on Organizational Environmental Performance: A Study of Medical Institutions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Abstract: The main purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between green recruitment and selection and its impact on environmental performance of Medical Teaching Institutions (MTIs) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
