In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a moratorium was imposed on launching bankruptcy proceedings for enterprises in Ukraine. It was canceled in 2022 because of the war to encourage the company management to improve the efficiency of liquidity and solvency management, seeking ways to increase companies’ profitability and reduce the probability of bankruptcy. The study aims to determine the impact of liquidity on unprofitability, which can be considered an element in the management decision-making system to prevent bankruptcies of Ukrainian companies. The correlation-regression analysis was based on statistical data from Ukrainian companies for 2012–2019 and 2013–2020. The study found practically no connection between the unprofitability of Ukrainian companies and the decrease in the number of court cases in which a decision was made to recognize the bankruptcy of Ukrainian companies. On the other hand, there is a strong connection between Ukrainian companies’ liquidity and unprofitability. The constructed regression equation is statistically reliable and characterized by a high level of adequacy to real economic processes and phenomena. An increase in the general liquidity ratio by 1% leads to an increase in the unprofitability of Ukrainian companies by 0.0346%. According to the company size construct, the most substantial connection is recorded for medium-sized companies (the correlation coefficient is 0.927, the coefficient of determination is 0.860, and the built correlation-regression equation is characterized by statistical reliability and adequacy). In contrast, large, small, and micro enterprises have a weak and moderate connection.

This research focuses on the use of electric vehicles (EVs) to transport visitors and cargo within Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Kozara National Park. Reduced air pollution and the preservation of natural resources are required to help protect this aerial spa. Together with the expert employees of this NP, the EV that would best suit their needs was chosen. The process of decision-making combines subjective and objective methods. Employees first chose the criteria and alternatives and then weighed their importance. On that occasion, Z-numbers were used to include uncertainty in the decision, because it is not always possible to make decisions with complete certainty. Furthermore, the weight of these criteria was determined using the fuzzy PIPRECIA (PIvot Pairwise Relative Criteria Importance Assessment) method. Range (C1) became the most important criterion, followed by vehicle cost (C2), and the technical specifications of these EVs were used to compare them. Because these specifications vary, a rough set was used in which the minimum and maximum EV characteristics were taken based on specific criteria. To rank the alternatives, the R-CRADIS (Rough Compromise Ranking of Alternatives with Distance to Ideal Solution) method was used. According to the research results, the Mercedes eVito Tourer 90 kWh is the highest ranked EV and the validation of the results confirmed these findings. The sensitivity analysis revealed that if criterion C1 is not as important, the other EVs are ranked higher. This research`s methodology has demonstrated flexibility, therefore it is recommended for use in similar research.

Україна, яка відома своїм потенціалом у сільському господарстві, стикається з серйозними викликами продовольчої безпеки через тривалу війну, що суттєво вплинула на її продовольчий ринок та економіку. У контексті тривалої війни в Україні, продовольча безпека стала одним із найактуальніших питань як на національному, так і на глобальному рівнях. Ця робота досліджує вплив військового конфлікту на агропромисловий сектор України та шляхи забезпечення стійкості його функціонування. Протягом останніх років сільськогосподарські виробники в Україні зазнали значних втрат та обмежень у зв'язку з воєнним конфліктом. Попри ці виклики, український аграрний сектор виявив неймовірну стійкість та адаптивність до складних умов війни. Аналіз показує, що сільськогосподарські виробники зуміли не лише забезпечити внутрішні потреби в продуктах харчування, але й збільшити обсяги виробництва, незважаючи на обмеження та втрати. Запропоновані у роботі заходи для розвитку та підвищення рівня агропродовольчого сектору включають фінансову підтримку сільськогосподарських виробників, підтримку тваринництва, ефективне використання земельних ресурсів та інші. Дослідження також звертає увагу на необхідність міжнародного співробітництва в галузі сільського господарства для обміну досвідом та технологіями, а також для залучення інвестицій та розвитку експортних ринків. Це може допомогти Україні забезпечити стабільний доступ населення до якісних та безпечних продуктів харчування та підтримати її позиції на міжнародному ринку продовольства. Для подальшого розвитку та успішного функціонування аграрного сектору України в умовах військового конфлікту необхідно активне впровадження ефективних стратегій та заходів, спрямованих на підтримку сільськогосподарських виробників та створення сприятливих умов для їхньої діяльності. У світлі подій в Україні з початку військових дій, продовольча безпека стала серйозним питанням як на національному, так і на глобальному рівні. Незважаючи на виклики, український аграрний сектор залишається одним із ключових компонентів стабільності та добробуту українського суспільства.
