Of the 31 included trials, three were performed in Sweden (Stener-Victorin et al, 2009;2013;Jedel et al, 2011;Leonhardt et al, 2014), one in the USA (Pastore et al, 2011;Franasiak et al, 2012), one in Iran (Rashidi et al, 2013), and all other trials were conducted in China.
