W artykule dokonano analizy aktualnej sytuacji i procesów przemian strukturalnych w ukraińskim sektorze gazu ziemnego,szczególnie w jego zachodnim regionie. Ciągłe występowanie naruszeń równowagi rynkowej pomiędzy podażą i popytem spowodowałokonieczność przeprowadzenia reform w sektorze gazowym Ukrainy i jej regionów. Z punktu widzenia bezwarunkowego znaczeniaprzedsiębiorstw dystrybucji gazu w kształtowaniu struktury i funkcjonowaniu sektora gazowego państwa, znaczenie prawidłowegofunkcjonowania sieci dystrybucyjnych gazu ziemnego wśród odbiorców w dobie wojny oraz kryzysów polityczno-gospodarczychpozwoli na zmniejszenie poziom potencjalnych zagrożeń, a także zapewnić integralność zliberalizowanego systemu dystrybucjigazu ziemnego jako całości. Metody zastosowane w procesie analizy poziomu efektywności regionalnych systemów dystrybucji gazuobejmują metodologię ocen eksperckich, co pozwoliło na uogólnioną ocenę oczekiwanych wyników, przyczyniło się do ujednoliceniaistniejących podejść, odzwierciedlających poziom ekonomii i rynku efektywność, działalność innowacyjna i stabilność finansowaprzedsiębiorstw zajmujących się dystrybucją gazu. W trakcie badania udało się określić poziom zapotrzebowania na kompleksowedziałania, obejmujące szereg działań – analizę otoczenia instytucjonalnego zachodnio ukraińskiego rynku dystrybucji gazu ziemnego,w skład którego wchodzą następujące spółki akcyjne: „Wołyńhaz”, „Również” , „Iwano-Frankiwsk”, „Ternopolhaz”, „Lwówhaz”,„Zakarpacie”, „Hemlnytschaz”, „Czerniowce”. W wyniku badania stwierdzono, że poziom dostaw z zachodnio ukraińskich spółekzajmujących się dystrybucją gazu regularnie się zmienia; Spółkę Akcyjną „Zakarpacie” można uznać za najbardziej perspektywicznąi konkurencyjną; jednocześnie Spółka Akcyjna „Ternopilhaz” charakteryzuje się najniższym poziomem swojej aktywności zawodowej.

Experimental methods for determining a performance index of explosives are analysed: the methods of a ballistic pendulum, ballistic mortar, a lead block, and according to the volume of soil explosion funnel. It is defined that the determination of a performance index of emulsion explosives (EE) involves a set of significant features connected with a large critical diameter requiring the experiments with large-mass charges and resulting in refusal from the traditional methods of determining a performance index. Analytical methods for calculating an index of relative performance of explosives are analysed. Determination of the performance indices of explosives with the help of analytical methods helps identify considerable differences in the calculation results; in case of emulsion explosives the results are erroneously low at all. It is since analytical methods do not consider the brisant action of emulsion explosives. This paper represents the developed methodology of determining a performance index of explosives according to the degree of detonation velocity. The proposed methodology considers the key energy and detonation characteristics of explosives: heat and volume of the explosion products, density (thickness), and detonation velocity. The use of analytical methodology for calculating a performance index for all explosive types makes it possible to get correct results that are necessary for designing the parameters of drilling and blasting operations.

The European climate law contains a mandatory EU climate target of reducing emissions in the EU by at least 55% by 2030; to realistically implement it, a transformation of many economic sectors is required. The main solutions focus on energy production. However, an equally important aspect is its storage. It represents the biggest challenge to ensure the stability of energy use in the real estate market. Today, lithium-ion batteries are the most promising batteries. They have the advantages of high efficiency during the charge–discharge process, and high density of electrical energy. The potential range of electric vehicles on a single charge depends on the battery. Accumulator batteries, depending on their purpose, are assembled from a certain number of lithium-ion cells. At the same time, the battery connection scheme depends on what the goal is. This can be an increase in battery capacity, an increase in voltage, or a combination of both parametric characteristics of the device. This approach and research results can be implemented not only in the automotive field, but also in industry, the real estate market, etc.
