Impact of Alkanediols on Stratum Corneum Lipids and Triamcinolone Acetonide Skin Penetration

Abstract: Alkanediols are widely used as multifunctional ingredients in dermal formulations. In addition to their preservative effect, considering their possible impact on drug penetration is also essential for their use.
