“…The same sera were used to test the lymphoblastoid cell lines for histocompatibility antigens using the indirect FA test. The blood group sera had been prepared by isoimmunisation of chickens after testing the blood groups of recipients and donors with specific antisera provided by McDermid (1964). The blood group sera were absorbed and tested for specificity including controls with McDermid's test sera and erythrocytes of known B blood groups.…”
