Immunocorrecting effect of glucosamine-muramylpeptide in cases of bronchial asthma in children

Abstract: Применение глюкозаминил-мурамилпептида (ликопида) для терапии аллергической бронхиальной астмы, ассоциированной с инфекцией, у детей уменьшало длительность обострений астмы, обусловленных инфекцией, повышало уровень секреторного IgA, снижало уровень общего IgE, уменьшало частоту дисиммуноглобулинемий, понижало уровень IgE-антител к грибковым аллергенам, модифицировало цитокиновый профиль с Тх2 (ИЛ-4, ИЛ-5) на Тх1 (ИЛ-2, ИНФγ).
