Immune Response to Xenogeneic Matrix Grafts Used in Pediatric Surgery

Abstract: A xenogeneic extracellular matrix, such as Lyoplant, may induce an immune response which is predominantly TH2-like and comparable with a remodelling reaction rather than rejection.
