Immobilization of Invertase on Cellulose Polyethyleneimine Cross-Linked Polymer

Abstract: Immobilization of invertase on cross-linked polymers consisting of cellulose and polyethylene imine (Cell-PEI) and the enzymic activity of immobilized invertase were investigated.
