Immobilization Of Horseradish Peroxidase On Nanopolyaniline Surface Using Self Assembly Techniques For Biosensor Applications

Abstract: Abstract-This review paper describes the immobilization of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) on nanopolyaniline (PANI) by using self-assembly technique. Some chemically synthesized conductive polymers such as PANI were used as support for HRP immobilization. Enzymes immobilized were depend on their properties of immobilize of HRP such as optimum pH, thermal stability and storage stability and all these were investigated.
