I k i der Irnidazolsynthese aus crRromketoncn und Formirninoethylestcr in fliissigem Ammoniak werden a-alkylsubstituierte Hutterslure-Amide als Nebenprodukte erhalten, deren Entstchen einer I.hvorskii-UinlagerunR zugeschrieben wird. Die isolierten Verbindungen wurden NMR-spektroskopisch untersucht. NMR Spectroscopy of Heterocycles. VI: Favorskii Rearrangement of a-Bromo-p-methoxy KetonesDuring Imidazole Cyclisation in Liquid Ammonia.During irnidazole synthesis with a-brorno ketones and formiminic ethyl ester in liquid ammonia a-alkylbutyric amidcs were obtained as by-products. 'Ihcir formation is attributed to a Eboorskii rearrangement. The compounds were investigated by NMR spectroscopy. .-

H₂‐Antihistaminika, 8. Mitt. Synthese potentieller H₂‐Antihistaminika der Ethylendiamin‐Reihe

Als potentielle H,-Antihistaminika wurden die Ethylendiaminderivate 8,9 und l3 dargestellt und auf ihre H2-antihistaminische Wirksamkeit untersucht. Herke und SchunackArch. Pharrn.Vorstufe 5, konnte erstmals, ausgehend von 5-Methyl-4-imidazolcarbonylazid (1)7), auf zwei verschiedenen Wegen erhalten werden. Durch Umsetzung von 1 mit N-Methyl-2methoxyethylamin erhalt man das Amid 2. Reduktion mit Lithiumalanat ergibt das entsprechende N ,N-disubstituierte 2-Methoxyethylamin 3. Die Etherspaltung ( 3 4 ) 1aDt sich durch Umsetzung mit 48proz. Bromwasserstoffsaure in nahezu quantitativer Ausbeute erreichen.
