We first excluded non-English or non-German articles on the basis of titles and abstracts.…”

For example, McLachlan and Golding (2000) refer to indicators of tabloidization, while Landmeier and Daschmann (2011) calls the same ones characteristics that are determined by other indicators. 7 The current manuscript further develops this idea into an even more comprehensive multidimensional and multilevel concept.…”
