III-Nitride Nanowires: Future Prospective for Photovoltaic Applications

Abstract: Photovoltaic (PV) technology could be a promising candidate for clean and green source of energy. The nanowire technology provides extra mileage over planar solar cells in every step from photon absorption to current generation.
