“…TF has structure which is similar to missing tunica propria of TM. 15 Its availability at the site of surgery, is thin, strong and it's having a low basal metabolic rate. In TF group we found normal translucent appearance of neotympanum after healing, which gives better audiological outcome in comparison to fat graft.…”
