IgA dominant postinfectious glomerulonephritis: Report of two cases

Abstract: Immunoglobulin A (IgA) dominant postinfectious glomerulonephritis (IgA PIGN) is a distinct clinical entity increasingly recognized in adult. It usually presents with reduced glomerular filtration rate, heavy proteinuria, and has unfavorable prognosis.
