Idiopathic Congenital Agenesis of Primary Teeth: A Report of Two Cases with Review of Literature

Abstract: Nonsyndromic idiopathic agenesis of primary teeth is a rare finding. Clinician's sound knowledge and preparedness for the early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are important to prevent consequences of esthetic and functional problems in children with congenitally absent primary teeth. This article reports two such cases of missing primary teeth in children of Asian origin.
