Idiopathic Acute Four-Compartment Syndrome of the Lower Leg

Abstract: Case: We present a case of acute idiopathic four-compartment syndrome of the leg, treated by four-compartment fasciotomy, and wounds left to heal by secondary intention due to persistent edema following surgery.
