In this article, we examine the instructional theoretical work on the formation of family-moral values of students, conduct experimental work on a small experimental site and consider its concrete results. Methods were used to determine students' moral awareness, understanding family as value, family relationships, ability to control family conflicts, and active involvement in family decision-making. Theoretically, content analysis, synthesis, generalization, survey, diagnostics, and the like were organized. Based on the above, it is very effective to use Rokeach's method of "valuing the value". We present a percentage index based on the traditional relationships of the family institution in the form of a forming experiment organized on the basis of the "Psychological trainings for family life" series, which is organized in the right direction, in conjunction with the new social and economic conditions within the modern society. The ultimate purpose of education is to cultivate people, so students are in the main position in the educational ecosystem. The growth ecosystem of college freshmen is based on the development of the main body of college freshmen. It analyzes the relationship between many environmental factors inside and outside the university and their growth and development. The goal is to make Each factor exerts the greatest positive effect, helping college freshmen to smoothly adapt to the change of study lifestyle in the higher education stage, and better serve the growth and success of students. This paper mainly studies the educational guidance of freshmen majoring in arts and sports in colleges and universities, and analyzes the current situation of college freshmen's adaptability problems. The research shows that among the reasons for college freshmen's learning adaptability problems, family factors account for 36% and school environment factors account for 36%. 38%, and personal psychology accounts for about 26%, which indicates that the reasons for the learning adaptability problems of freshmen tend to be diverse, and cannot be considered alone.

Constant investigations of the ways in which interpersonal relationships are structured has become necessary due to the complexity of interpersonal relationships that we notice in social groups icluding students. The aim of this research is to underline the specific manner that students with intellectual disabilities establish interpersonal relationships .This paper is based on a complex research on 112 preadolescents with intellectual disabilities and 98 teenagers with intellectual disabilities. We used “Choosing Alter’s Test” (focused on revealing the criteria for choosing a friend); “Relations with others” (focused on revealing the criteria underlying the assessment of interpersonal relationships established with an authority), through non-directive interviews.This study advances the idea that the interpersonal relationships that students with intellectual disabilities establish within the school group, are develop based on the importance/significance attributed to each person with whom they interact, to the roles that each person plays in the students' lives and serve to satisfy their security’ needs and to meet their contextual needs.
