IDENTIFIKASI LARVA LALAT DALAM KEPENTINGAN POST MORTEM INTERVAL PADA BANGKAI TIKUS (Rattus novergicus) YANG DIBERI CIU OPLOSAN DI SCIENCE TECHNO PARK UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH PURWOKERTO

Abstract

Ciu merupakan salah satu minuman tradisional Banyumas yang mengandung alkohol. Ciu dapat dibuat oplosan dengan bahan lain untuk meningkatkan cita rasa dan sensasi minuman, namun berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Serangga berperan penting dalam penentuan Post Mortem Interval. Adanya kandungan obat atau senyawa yang terdapat pada jenazah dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan larva lalat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui spesies larva lalat yang terdapat pada bangkai tikus yang diberi ciu oplosan. Penelitian dilakukan secara observasional deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2018.Sebanyak tiga ekor tikus Wistar diberi ciu yang dioplos dengan minuman berenergi, ditunggu hingga mati kemudian diletakkan di Science Techno Park Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Larva yang diambil 10% dari total populasi yang ditemukan setiap harinya. Identifikasi larva melalui pembuatan preparat posterior spirakel. Data dianalisis dengan univariate. Larva Calliphora sp. (19,10%), Sarcophaga sp. (0,71%), Chrysomya megacephala (13,28%), dan Chrysomya bezziana (13,86%) teridentifikasi pada bangkai tikus yang diberi ciu oplosan di Science Techno Park Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Identification of Fly Larvas in White Rats (Rattus norvegicus) Carcass Treated with Various Dose of Organophospate
