Abstract: ABSTRAKIdentifikasi larva ikan seringkali sulit dilakukan. Belum tersedianya kunci identifikasi untuk spesies larva ikan di perairan umum daratan sehingga belum adanya pedoman untuk dapat mengidentifikasi spesies larva ikan secara morfologi maupun meristik. “…The composition of the PCR reaction was carried out with a final volume of 50 µl consisting of 2 µl of DNA samples, 21 µl of sterile nuclease water (Firstbase), primer of 1 µl each and also the addition of 25 µl of PCR premix (My Taq Bioline red mix).
