The work considers system controlled parameters information value assessing technology in the task of its state identifying. The purpose of the study is to improve the standard methodology for controlled parameters information value assessing. The proposed method is based on the controlled parameters value probabilities analysis falling into the subintervals of the interval of possible values for different states of the system. When the value of the controlled parameter falls into the left or right boundary subintervals of the compatibility interval for any state of the object, the conclusion about its state is made taking into account possible errors of the first or second kind in this case. When the controlled parameter value enters the central subinterval, useful information appears if the corresponding probabilities for the states H1 and H2 are differ significantly. Thus, it is shown that taking into account the probabilities of fuzzy values of the controlled parameter falling into the compatibility interval for various states of the object significantly increases its informational value.

Ab s t r a c t. The subject of this article is the study of methods for identifying the state of computer systems. The purpose of the article is to develop a method for identifying the abnormal state of a computer system based on fuzzy cluster analysis. Objective: to analyze methods for identifying the state of computer systems; to conduct research on the selection of source data; to develop a method for identifying the state of a computer system with a small sample or fuzzy source data; to investigate and justify the procedure for comparing fuzzy distances between grouping centers and clustering objects; to develop a software and test. The methods used in the paper: cluster analysis, fuzzy logic tools. The following results were obtained: a method was theoretically substantiated and investigated for identifying the state of a computer system with a small sample or fuzziness of the initial data, which is distinguished by the use of the method based on fuzzy cluster analysis by the refined grouping procedure. To solve the clustering problem, we used a special procedure for comparing fuzzy distances between grouping centers and clustering objects. Software was developed and testing of the developed method was performed. The quality of classification based on the ROC analysis is assessed. Conclusions. The scientific novelty of the results is as follows: a study was conducted on the selection of source data for analysis; a method for identifying the state of a computer system based on fuzzy cluster analysis using a special procedure for comparing fuzzy distances between grouping centers and clustering objects has been developed. This allowed to improve the classification quality to 22%.

Предметом дослідження є методи та засоби ідентифікації стану комп'ютерної системи. Метою статті є підвищення якості класифікації даних за рахунок розробки методу ідентифікації стану комп’ютерної системи. Завдання: дослідити методи ідентифікації стану комп’ютерної системи та розробити метод класифікації стану комп'ютерної системи з метою захисту даних. Використовуваними методами є: методи штучного інтелекту, машинного навчання. Отримано такі результати: досліджено методи ідентифікації стану комп’ютерної системи KNN (k-nearest neighbors), метод опорних векторів (SVM), нейронні мережі, дерева рішень. Запропоновано метод ідентифікації стану комп’ютерної системи на основі нечітких дерев рішень, який відрізняється від відомих методів побудови наявністю спеціальної процедури фазифікації атрибутів вихідних даних та побудови функції приналежності. Розроблено програмне забезпечення, в якому реалізовано та досліджено запропонований метод вирішення задачі ідентифікації стану комп'ютерної системи. Висновки. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає у дослідженні методів ідентифікації стану комп'ютерної системи, розробці методу на основі нечітких дерев рішень, оцінці якості моделі на етапі навчання та тестування, виконання порівняльного аналізу.
