Identification of aeroelastic parameters for helicopter tail rotor limit cycle oscillation monitoring

Abstract: The aeroelastic parameters of helicopter main rotor and tail rotor are required in the monitoring and evaluation of rotor aeroservoelastic instability incidents such as limit cycle oscillations.
