Identification and profiling of microRNAs during gonadal development in the giant freshwater prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii

Abstract: As post-transcriptional regulators, microRNAs (miRNAs) play an important role in growth and reproductive processes. So far, there is limited information regarding crustacean miRNAs.
