ICHU model for processor allocation in distributed operating systems

Abstract: Process management techniques in distributed systems have been studied for decades. The general trend of the techniques rests upon a "Help Me" procedure wherein a processor which needs to migrate a process to a remote machine does so by locating a lesser loaded processor and transmitting the new process to it.
